Event Summary

A strategic and milestone event in the history of KSA was successfully implemented. NEOM launched its Industrial City as part of the 2030 Vision, Businessmen from all over the world were invited to this private event which introduced NEOM and its potential.

  • Aligning on logistics to and From NEOM Aligning on Accommodation for guests

We had 80 VIP Hosts and Hostess with skillset of welcoming, greeting and guiding guests in:

Entertainment

  • We sourced and contracted a very talented Saudi Female Pianist (Abeer balbaid) along with her band.
  • Purchased and handled logistics for the Piano and other instruments.
  • Supported communication between the band and Talent Manager on site.
  • We Sourced and contracted MC (Weam Al Dakhil).
  • Sourced and Contracted a Local Talented Qanun Player.
  • Sourced and Contracted a Saudi Calligrapher – English Language.
