As a UAE Golden Visa holder and long-term resident since 2013, Michael has built a reputation for transforming healthcare organizations through strategic growth, operational excellence, and board-level governance.
He brings 15 years of C-suite experience and a proven track record in large-scale M&A, private equity partnerships, and restructuring.
Michael currently serves as the Founder and CEO of Davis Health, a healthcare advisory firm that guides complex M&A transactions and strategic transformations across the GCC. He is also anOperating Partner at TVM Capital Healthcare, supporting portfolio oversight, greenfield development, investment strategy, and LP communications.
Previously, Michael served as CEO of NMC Healthcare, where he led the company through a historic restructuring of USD $7 billion in debt, successfully navigating its delisting from the LSE and transitioning into a creditor-led board. Under his leadership, NMC achieved its highest-ever revenue and EBITDA performance, restructured its geographic footprint, and entered new markets including Saudi Arabia.
His M&A experience spans both buy and sell sides, including landmark transactions such as the USD $502M sale of Luarmia (global IVF), USD $167M of ProVita (LTC), and the USD $42M divestiture of Aspen Healthcare (UK).
