Realized USD 300M in proceeds and 5x returns to shareholders with the development and sale of Cambridge Medical & Rehabilitation Center (CMRC) and Manzil Healthcare Services (MHCS), portfolio companies at TVM Capital Healthcare Partners (TVM).
In 2012, launched CMRC – a long-term care and rehabilitation hospital – and led its development from inception through multiple fundraising rounds, expansion in the UAE and KSA, and substantial profitability as a mature and growing business. In 2021, led the company through its sale to Amanat Holdings and subsequently continued as Group CEO until mid-2023.
Advised on several billion dollars of M&A transactions, organizational developments, and corporate turnarounds through a 25+ year career at leading investment banking, consulting, and private-equity firms, including PwC, Booz Allen Hamilton, and JP Morgan Chase.
Graduated with a BBA from the American University of Beirut, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. Actively engaged in global peer networks, including Lebanese International Finance Executives (LIFE), Young Presidents Organization (YPO), and TIGER 21.
