What conditions does IV One treat?
IV One treats oncology cases, autoimmune diseases, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, atopic dermatitis and psoriasis. We also deliver oncology infusion therapy for solid and haematological malignancies, allergy immunotherapy injections, biologic infusions for severe asthma, hormone replacement therapy, infusion therapy for chronic inflammation and medical IV vitamin drip therapy.
What are your opening hours?
Our clinic is open from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Is IV One licensed and accredited?
Yes. IV One holds Saudi Ministry of Health licensing (2024) and Council of Health Insurance accreditation (2024).
How quickly will you respond to my message?

Do I need a referral to contact IV One?
No. You can contact us directly at any stage. To begin treatment, we will need a prescription and recent reports from your treating specialist, which we are happy to coordinate on your behalf. Alternatively, you can be referred directly to one of our relevant specialties.
Can I speak to someone in Arabic?
Yes. Our coordinators, nurses and pharmacists work fluently in Arabic and English.
